What a safety check looks at

  • Dimensions. Each piece is checked against your room’s measurements, with clearance for doors, windows and walkways.
  • A bare crib. Concepts follow current CPSC safe-sleep guidance: a firm, flat mattress with a fitted sheet and nothing else in the sleep space.
  • Never suggested. Crib bumpers, inclined sleepers, pillows, loose blankets and positioners.
  • Furniture placement. Reminders to anchor dressers and shelves to the wall and keep the crib away from window-blind cords.

Safety notes support, but don’t replace, the manufacturer’s instructions and guidance from the CPSC and your pediatrician.

A clear, well-lit photo taken from a corner so most of the room is visible. Empty or nearly empty rooms give the most accurate concepts.

Will the AI change my windows and doors?

No. The design keeps your room’s architecture, including windows, doors and walls, and works around them.

Can I keep furniture I already own?

Yes. Tell us what you’re keeping and it stays in every concept.

Do my designs connect to my registry?

That’s the plan. Your favorite design will flow into your Sage & Swaddle registry and shopping list, so friends and family can help bring it to life.

What happens to my room photos?

They’re used only to create your designs. Our full privacy policy will be published before launch.
