A few gentle questions
Your answers shape the list, so it’s personal from the very first item.
How much space do you have? An apartment, a house, a shared room?
What’s your lifestyle like? City walks, lots of driving, frequent travel?
What are your feeding plans or preferences, if you know yet?
Do you have hand-me-downs or gifts already promised?
What overall budget feels comfortable for baby gear?
Is this your first baby, and when are you due?

Essentials
Optional
We gently flag items that overlap, like two strollers or a bassinet you may not need with a crib, plus anything you already have.
See what friends and family have purchased, keep a running thank-you list and avoid double gifts.
Lovely alternatives at lower prices, and reminders about what’s easy to borrow or buy secondhand safely.
Some product links may earn us a small commission. It never changes what we recommend. We never suggest crib bumpers or inclined sleepers.

The bigger picture
Gear is only one part of a baby’s first year. Childcare, healthcare, the cost of birth and time away from work can matter far more, and they differ a lot from family to family. As one reference point, BabyCenter’s First Year Baby Costs Calculator uses a default estimate of about $20,745 for the first year, excluding healthcare (as of July 2025). Your own numbers may be very different.
Our planned financial planner will help you estimate parental leave income changes, childcare, out-of-pocket birth costs and ongoing monthly costs, connected to your registry.

You’re on the list, welcome.
We’ll send a little note the moment our first collection opens. Until then, take a breath. You’re doing beautifully.
